  T. Clifford Chiu B.A., L.L.B.

Cliff was born in Ontario, but has lived in the Victoria area since he began his studies at UVIC in 1988.  He was admitted to the Bar of Upper Canada and the Bar of British Columbia in 1993 and is still a practicing lawyer.  He's a Level 2 Adjuster and Level 1 Fire Investigator.  Cliff became a partner in Excel Adjustco in 2003.
